Application: RapidDrama, the mobile short-drama streaming service covered by this policy.

Usage Data: Information generated automatically as you watch — episodes opened, watch time, session length, and similar signals.
Device: Any phone, tablet, or hardware used to run the Application.
Service Provider: A third party that processes information on our behalf to help operate the service.
Account: The profile or session used to access libraries, progress, and optional payout features.

PayPal data protection We do not sell or rent user PayPal account email addresses. That information is disclosed only with your explicit consent or where applicable law requires it, and is used solely to complete reward payouts.

Streaming delivery, progress synchronization, configuration, and analytics traffic are routed through https://vvo.stardramas.com. Analytics payloads are anonymized before storage and are not structured to carry directly identifying information.

Data Retention

Where an Account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days, the associated Personal Information is permanently deleted from our production systems. Records held beyond that period exist only in anonymized or aggregated form and cannot be traced back to an individual. Longer retention applies only where a legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligation requires it.

Data Security

Commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit, encryption of sensitive stored fields, need-to-know access controls, periodic audits, and contractual security commitments from Service Providers. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

International Transfers

Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed on servers outside your state, province, or country. Transfers are protected by TLS 1.2 or higher and, where legally required, by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Using the Application constitutes agreement to these transfers.

Children's Privacy

RapidDrama is not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13), and Personal Information is not knowingly collected from them. Where a parent or guardian believes that a child under 13 has supplied Personal Information, contact Kukal1991@icloud.com; the information will be deleted promptly following verification.

Disclosure Requirements

Business transactions — Personal Information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where practicable
Law enforcement — disclosure may be required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities
Other legal grounds — disclosure may occur in good faith to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, prevent wrongdoing connected to the Application, safeguard user or public safety, or defend against legal liability

The Application may contain links to services we do not operate. Selecting such a link directs you to that third party's property. We exercise no control over, and accept no responsibility for, its content, privacy practices, or security. Review the privacy policy of every external destination you visit.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Certain screens — promotional pages, help articles, and reward flows — may render inside embedded WebViews that set cookies, local storage entries, or similar identifiers to remember session state and measure campaign performance. These technologies do not carry account credentials. You may clear them through your device or browser settings at any time, though doing so may reset WebView preferences.

A designated data protection contact oversees compliance with this policy, handles rights requests, and coordinates responses to supervisory authorities. Where you consider a concern unresolved, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, our practices, or legal requirements.
