Your agreement with RapidDrama

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of RapidDrama (the “Application”). Installing, accessing, or continuing to use the Application signifies acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree, discontinue use and uninstall the Application.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use RapidDrama. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
RapidDrama is a mobile short-drama streaming application that lets you browse, watch, and follow episodic stories. The Application may include in-app advertising, limited-time promotions, recommendation features, and optional reward mechanics.
Catalog availability, episode unlock rules, recommendation logic, promotional campaigns, and reward terms may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice and without compensation.

In connection with the Application, you agree not to:
https://vvo.stardramas.com or any partner infrastructureDramas, trailers, artwork, trademarks, software, and other materials in the Application are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership interest in any title is transferred to you, and no further rights are granted by implication.
Coins, tickets, unlock tokens, and similar virtual goods hold no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash outside features expressly provided in the Application, and are licensed rather than sold. Where in-app purchases are offered, they are processed by the applicable app store, and refunds are governed by that store's policies. Virtual items may be adjusted, revalued, or removed as part of ordinary service balancing.
The Application integrates advertising, mediation, analytics, attribution, and payment services operated by third parties, each subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control and accept no responsibility for third-party content, availability, or practices outside our reasonable control. Interaction with an advertiser or partner is solely between you and that party.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the collection, use, sharing, and retention of personal information, including processing carried out through https://vvo.stardramas.com. By using the Application you acknowledge having reviewed that document.
Access may be suspended or terminated, in whole or in part, where we reasonably determine that these Terms have been breached, that fraud or abuse has occurred, that fair use of the streaming service has been undermined, or that continued access presents risk to other users or to the service. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use and uninstalling the Application. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
The Application is furnished “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rewards and withdrawals do not constitute wages, employment, investment returns, or guaranteed income. Amounts observed by other users or in promotional material do not guarantee any particular outcome.
No warranty is given that streaming will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that every defect will be corrected. Catalog titles may be added or removed without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, virtual items, or reward balances, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty United States dollars (USD $50). Certain jurisdictions do not permit these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent allowed.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RapidDrama, its operators, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Application, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, network or hosting failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or third-party platform or content-delivery disruptions.
These Terms are construed in accordance with applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protection rules of your jurisdiction. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact Kukal1991@icloud.com so that a good-faith resolution may be attempted. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights available to you as a consumer under local law.
These Terms may be revised as the Application evolves or as legal requirements change. Material revisions may be communicated through an in-app notice or other reasonable means, and the “Last updated” date will be adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the Application after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
